Yorkville Suite on Cumberland

This project tackled a unique challenge: transforming an old Yorkville condo into an luxurious, avante-garde space for our elderly clients. We adopted a theme of timeless opulence, using a color palette of deep blacks, crisp whites and rich browns. The living room features rugged luxury with a calf skin rug, cow skull and a vintage oxblood leather couch. Mahogany wood warms the space, cleverly hiding the TV behind sliding panels. The entrance boasts a custom wine cellar that complements the inlaid marble floor. In the bedroom, a bespoke canopy offers hotel-like elegance. Now this sweet couple can enjoy this classic, glamorous atmosphere they always wanted.
