Dragons Condo

On a prime plot at King and Spadina, we aimed to create a space that speaks luxury to its predominantly Asian clientele, including keen investors and an Asian builder. We integrated Feng Shui principles and the symbolic colors of good fortune: red, yellow, black, gray and blue. The outcome is a delicate fusion of traditional, avant-garde and modern design, creating a fresh and elevated space with cultural prestige and positive energy flow.
