Here’s how we turned a traditional condo lobby into a glamorous, contemporary space– plus, boosted the value of each residence.Our color palette dipped into a classic black-and-white scheme, complemented by luster-rich surfaces and energizing geometric forms throughout. The checkerboard mirror makes a striking statement while expanding the impression of space. This feature stands in sharp contrast to the floating spherical light fixtures, which hang at various heights, adding layers of depth and movement. For a final touch of drama in the adjacent corner, a teardrop crystal chandelier casts a warm glow. Overall, this luminous and polished redesign has positioned the building as a luxury condo.
