Niagara Street Condo

In the heart of King West, our goal was to enrich this loft while tipping our hats to its structural bones. We went with an industrial-chic vibe, letting the loft’s raw cement and exposed pipes set the stage. The kitchen island now twinkles under gold-accented pendant lights, offset by the black warehouse-style cabinet, which displays the couple’s vintage wine collection. In the bathroom, we splashed a bit of opulence with marble wall tiles and a pleasing round mirror–a fresh counterbalance for the urban drop lights. And finally, there’s the couple’s favorite: a sputnik chandelier that echoes the metal staircase. This loft isn’t just renovated—it’s re-imagined.
