A single finance professional chose to sacrifice condo size for proximity to her workplace and all the top restaurants along Toronto’s King West. With limited square footage, we knew the challenges. To amplify the space, we introduced furniture with narrow legs—the side tables, sofas and coffee tables—dainty forms with an airy feel to expose more of the floor. For a dramatic touch, we contrasted a bold black accent wall against the crisp white surrounding walls and furniture, adding depth and a dynamic edge. This design achieved a chic condo that is open and welcoming—proving that you can enjoy both style and location in the heart of the city.
